These factors are all considered when we are hiring staff, creating staff training, professional development, and building staff capacity. This has also helped us create a work culture that is flexible and considerate of our staff’s varying situations and needs. 

 

For our families, we are committed to helping you feel comfortable, welcome, and celebrated. We work hard to meet families where they are, and to build a relationship based on your current family situation. Family culture, religion, languages, and anything else that is important to you are considered when we are creating goals and therapy plans.
